Traumhafter Urlaub

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand war einmalig. Am Ende unseres Urlaubs hatten wir mit Silvano und Rebecca einen netten und leckeren Grillabend. Fazit: SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Panorama magnifique.

Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa, la maison a vu sur le massif du gran Sasso, et environ 30 minutes de la mer. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et tres disponibles.

Vacanza nella natura

La vacanza è stata molto rilassante, la casa è in posizione ottimale per raggiungere mare e montagna. Il must è lo spazio esterno, attrezzato con forno a legna e barbecue, da cui si gode uno splendido panorama sul Gran Sasso. La casa è ben attrezzata, ci sono quattro camere e quattro bagni, di cui due con doccia. I ragazzi si sono molto divertiti a giocare a biliardo e biliardino e anche lo spazio in giardino è ottimo per i giochi. I padroni di casa, Silvano e Rebecca, sono stati molto disponibili e gentili.

Séjour très agréable et reposant. On ne se lasse pas de la vue exceptionnelle. Une belle parenthèse!

La maison est conforme à l’annonce avec piscine, sauna, billard et babyfoot de quoi passer de très bon moments. Rebecca, la propriétaire, est très prévenante et très sympathique, tout en étant discrète. L’équipement est correct, la literie aussi. Enfin le cadre est fantastique et la vue du jardin sur les montagnes est superbe. Surtout de l’espace repas aménagé avec un barbecue et une table en pierre somptueuse où l’on peut admirer le coucher de soleil à l’heure du dîner.

Hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt haben. Für alle war der Billardtisch und der Kicker ein großes Highlight. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr ansprechend. Das Wasser im Pool ist angenehm erfrischend, im Garten und auf dem Grundstück sind viele Sonnen- aber auch einige Schattenplätze um die Ruhe zu genießen. Besonders gut sind auch der Wein und das Olivenöl aus der unmittelbaren Umgebung, von dem wir einiges mit nach Hause genommen haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit: Bei einer kleinen Blessur unseres Sohnes hat Silvano gleich einen Termin beim Doktor gemacht und ist zum Übersetzen sogar mitgekommen.

Erholsame Ferien

Wir verbrachten mit unseren beiden Kindern zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Ausflüge ans Meer oder ins Gebirge waren grandios. Essen konnte man in der näheren Umgebung und die Einkäufe waren auch schnell getätigt, so dass wir das schöne Haus kaum verlassen wollten. Schön auch, dass wir unsere Gastgeberin noch kennenlernern durften. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

C harmantes, gepflegtes Anwesen mit traumhafter A ussicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Alle S ehenswürdigkeiten der Abruzzen in erreichbarer Nähe. A bkühlung findet man in dem schönen Pool und Spaß bei einer Partie Kicker, Billard oder Tischtennis D as Meer und der Strand sind toll für Kinder und gefielen uns besonders. E rholung und Aktivitäten kann man perfekt kombinieren. I n der näheren Umgebung gibt es Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. P inien säumen die Auffahrt zum großzügigen Grundstück.Für uns war es I talien von seiner schönsten Seite. N iedliche Katzen, ein sehr gut erzogener Hund gehören auch zu der herzlichen, I mmer aufmerksamen, kinderfreundliche Gastgeberfamilie. Sogar der "Schönwetterwunsch" wurde uns erfüllt, so dass wir "leider" die Sauna nicht testen wollten. Wir können das Casa dei Pini mit seinen lieben Gastgebern nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles - es war ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein Traum mit Pool

Wir waren hier knapp 3 Wochen mit der ganzen Familie im Sommer 2014. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen und ist mit mit allem erdenklichen Luxus ausgestattet (WLAN, DVD+Sat TV, Billard, Sauna, Pool, Luxus-Grillplatz etc.). Auch die Lage ist absolut traumhaft: Ruhig mit einem Traumblick auf den Appenin Gebirgszug, zur Küste sind es ungefähr ca. 25 km, die in einer guten halben Stunde zu erreichen ist. Besonders lobenswert sind aber die beiden Vermieter: Rebecca und Silvio mit ihrem tollen Sohn Bruno Nicht nur dass die beiden unglaublich nett und sympathisch sind, sie kümmern sich zudem in sehr herzlicher Weise um die Sorgen und Wünsche von uns. Wir können das Haus 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Katrin und Götz mit den Kindern Gero, Luzie und Emma

Dear Rebecca, Silvano and Bruno, We have enjoyed a wonderfull stay at your house. It is situated in a very nice environment with view on the Gran Sasso mountains and the Adriatic sea. The house is spacious and comfortable, everything needed is available. All of you gave us a warm welcome and friendship, we felt 'at home' with you. Thank you for your advice to explore the region, the local specialties, ... Whenever we would return to the wonderfull Abruzzo, we will certainly book our stay at your place !
