About this property

Charming 3-bedroom house on the edge of town in pleasant Petoskey

My little nest should have everything you need to relax, visit, sightsee, hike, shop, rest and play. I am on the edge of the town limit... literally the edge:) I have access to 4mi wooded hiking trails, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and charming downtown Petoskey all within 5-10 min walk.

As for outside there is a back wooded area to wander, an outdoor pingpong table, basketball hoop, hammock stands, tree swing, hot tub, fire-pit, elevated deck and sound system outside for entertainment. Inside you will have access to more SONOS sound system, Netflix/Prime/AppleTV, playstation VR, Nespresso, Vitamix blender, induction stovetop. The bathrooms have Kiehl bath products, and dryer or Dyson hair dryers.

You are welcome to bring your dog, she/he will love it here too:) Just be careful of the local backyard deer and owl hanging out.
