Bear`s Den in Ludlow, Okemo Views + Epic Game Room
The `Bear`s Den` is conveniently located on Main St across from Okemo Mountain School and Sports Odyssey. Fully stocked kitchen, two streaming Roku TVs, bunk room with foosball table and separate game room with pool table. Space for everyone to spread out. Swimming holes, hiking, mountain biking and skiing are very close by. Ludlow Area Sport Trails start across the street. Great in-town location for skiing; 1 mile to Okemo base and on the shuttle route. Classic Vermont home with lots of charm!
-Per State, quite hours from 10pm - 6am
-No smoking of any kind on property $250 per occurrence charge
-Must declare all guests (8 max due to state regulations and fire code). Any guests above 8 may lead to immediate termination of stay, no refunds
-Guests are responsible for any any all damages on property and will be charged replacement cost
-Guests may bring their own firewood and use wood stove. Please do not attempt to remove ash from the fireplace
-Ski fast and take chances ;)
