Pool can be heated upon request additional charge

Our home offers plenty of comfortable sleeping space for families and groups:

Bedroom 1 features a spacious king bed, perfect for a peaceful night’s rest.

Bedroom 2 includes a cozy queen bed with easy access to the shared bathroom.

Bedroom 3 is ideal for kids or larger groups, offering two full beds and one twin bed.

Bedroom 4 includes a comfortable full bed, great for additional guests.

A sitting area with a twin sofa sleeper provides extra flexibility for larger groups or last-minute sleeping needs.

You will have full access to the entire home during your stay, including all bedrooms, living areas, and the private outdoor space. If you would like to use the **pool heater**, just reach out and I’ll be happy to assist.

Guests are also welcome to dock a boat, making it easy to enjoy Cape Coral’s canal lifestyle. Please inquiry about our boat rental. Enjoy the property as your own!
