Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We had a comfortable 3-night stay in Vail - the condo was clean, and the location was ideal. Owners were responsive, but there were no instructions for the house, so we were left guessing about various things, including check-out process. The TV was quite small and the wifi connection was unstable. It’s also a shame the fireplace did not work. Though it was not noted in the listing, it’s a shame to have a fireplace for a high-season winter stay and for it to be unavailable. The coffee maker was unusually small and only made 2ish cups per pot, which is inconvenient and does not make sense for a unit that accommodates 6 people. There was a lot of white LED lighting, and overall, the place could use some more seating/furniture. The permanent resident in th downstairs unit had a barking dog. We are dog people so it was OK. The place has a lot of potential.
