Nice place with excellent beach access. The pool was nice, but, has a serious ant problem, which property management attempted to resolve with a can of ant spray, however, after spraying the few ants we could see, millions erupted from under the pavers around the pool and my daughter was too scared to be around it anymore.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your visit did not meet expectations. We appreciate you bringing the flooring condition and entryway odor to our attention, as this is not the experience we aim to provide and will be reviewed with our team. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the pool service visits. While routine maintenance is necessary to keep the pool safe and clean for our guests, we understand that multiple unannounced visits in one day can be disruptive, and we will work with our vendor to improve communication moving forward. Thank you again for your input—it helps us continue to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience.
