Top Floor Mountain View Park City Condo

Welcome to Outside Magazine's Best Town! This is a great location in the heart of Park City with plenty of natural light. Just a few minutes drive or free Park City bus ride (stop is next to the condo building) to Park City Mountain (over 7,300 acres and is now the largest ski resort in the US!) and Deer Valley. Don't forget there are over 400 miles of mountain biking trails to enjoy the rest of the year and great golfing and fishing.

The condo comfortably sleeps 4 and can accommodate 6 using the queen size sofa sleeper. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, LED TVs, blue-ray DVD player in the living area, Keurig and drip coffee machines, and common area hot tub. The building is serviced by an elevator so there is no need to hike up flights of stairs after a long day on the mountain.

**Sorry, full ski-season rentals are not available... this is place is too great to not use myself!**

First of all, Dave is a great host, super with communication and informative about the area, we got a lot of great tips from him. The place is perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This was our first time to Park City and the location is excellent with restaurants and stores within walking distance, yet close enough to downtown without the crowds. The rail trail is available right up from the condo with bike shops close by if you need to rent bikes. We really enjoyed our stay at Dave's condo!

Family getaway

Perfect location for access to both Deer Valley and Park City resorts. The condominium was very comfortable and well furnished. Parking was convenient, the wifi was very capable, and many restaurants are an easy walk from the building. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property bus stop across the street plentiful restaurants and walking distance clean and neat place. Some people live on the property and they are very nice and talkative. Perfect spot for a mountain vacation

Spot is exactly as described in the listing. Stayed with a family of five, and while not the biggest space we were comfortable the entire trip. Convenient bus stop right around the corner to move around the city. The kitchen has plenty of tools and enough space to make breakfast. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus for keeping gear ready day to day.
