The Space:

Welcome to a world of enchanted luxury. Our extensive 7BR villa with a capacity for up to 16 guests, offers various sleeping arrangement across 7 wonderfully themed rooms.



Master Bedroom: Sink into the plush queen bed and awaken to lake views that inspire tranquility.

Office Bedroom: Work, rest, and play in a room equipped with a queen bed and additional office set-up.



For the young at heart, we have smartly furnished theme rooms. Rest in the Mickey Mouse-themed room with two twin beds, or in the Star Wars or Bluey themed room with a combination of bunk and twin beds. Additional themed bedrooms include a queen bed and single, and a Mario Game room accommodating a double bed and twin bunk.



The heart of the house, a fully stocked kitchen, is designed with everything you need from a rice cooker to a waffle maker. The accompanying colossal living room invites you to relax, watch TV, or share a memorable meal with family and friends in our spacious dining area. The open layout design is perfect for easy family gatherings.



Step out to a private paradise, your screened-in pool with optional heating. Unwind in the spa, lounge under the Florida sun, or enjoy an evening swim. For those who love grilling, we have a BBQ available. Just remember to fill up the propane! Do not forget to enjoy a game of cards on the water with our waterproof playing cards.



Enjoy access to our home amenities including high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, washing machine, dryer, generous parking spaces, and our secured gated community. Please note, pool heating is available upon request for $45/day.



Guest Access:

DISCLAIMER:

Our Pool and Spa Heat Fee is $45 per day and takes 24 hours to pool to fully reach the desired temperature of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and spa 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pool Heat Disclaimer: In the event you purchased pool/spa heat and there is an issue where the heater malfunctions you will be refunded the amount you paid for the number of days of the malfunction. In the event your pool/spa heat was included in your stay you may not ask for a refund in the event of a heater malfunction as you did not pay for the pool/spa heat separately.



Toiletries: All of our homes come with basic starter packs for dish soap, trash bags, paper towels etc. You will need to go to the grocery store during your time at our home to replace these consumable items. The home will be stocked with appropriate levels of bath towels, hand towels, wash clots etc. Due to food allergies the cabinets will be empty so items like spices, salt and pepper etc. will not be on site when you arrive and will need to be brought with you or purchased once you arrive.

For your convenience, all communication is handled directly through the app. This ensures quick responses, clear information, and a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. We’re always just a message away if you need assistance or local recommendations during your stay
