Well managed. No bugs, which is a huge plus for a Florida rental. Great place. Some areas could use some updating. Ie carpeting and many clubhouse features were out of order. The point of contact was amazing and the process was very easy. Thanks!

Great Stay

had a great time at Paradise Palms. The house was great. Along with the amenities of the resort, the family time we were able to have was fantastic! Would recommend for anyone looking to get away for a vacation!

The house was very large, clean & family-friendly. The kitchen was lacking in a few areas (ie. fridge & d/w require essential repairs) but the host was responsive & managed to provide new pots, pans & wine glasses prior to our leaving. Resort is quiet & secure. We would rent again.

Nice stay

It was a great place house to stay at comfortable for a big family. The pool was nice to just relax and enjoy the quiet time. The beds were very comfortable.The property owner is very nice and answer your call when you need something.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay here. There were pros and cons. Pros... this house is huge, and everyone loved having his or her own space! Also, the kitchen is big and beautiful! Lastly, this house is located at the end of a back street in the resort which really helped cut out noise from neighbors and traffic. Cons... the biggest issues were cleanliness and outdated furniture, carpets, and appliances. The house had a general feeling of not having had a thorough cleaning-- stains on floor, stains on bedding, dusty, etc. The dishwasher was hard to work with-- needs to be replaced. The furniture and carpets are quite worn and need replacing. Also, the alarm is quite touchy and would go off often, like when the people came in the mornings to collect trash... which, by the way, they were quite messy about! Each day they left some garbage strewn about the porch which we had to tidy up... not a lot, but this got pretty annoying. Anyway, this is a great house in a nice location, but it would be of great benefit if it were updated quite a bit.

Family Vacation

The house was excellent for what we needed. There were only two things that I didn't like, the master bath tub water would not get hot no matter how long I ran it and the lock was a little tricky when it was time to turn in for the evening. Outside of that everything was great.

Hone away from home

Lovely place only giving 4 stars because it lacked a propane grill and lounge chairs for the pool. The couches up stairs could also be replaced. Great community pool

2022 family Vacation

This house is perfect. It was 14 of us. We drove from Indianapolis to Florida. Once we got the house everyone loved it. And best Communication with property manager. I wanted a crib while we were there and he made it happen. Thank you very much.

Comfy Beds!!

Would defiantly recommend this home to friends and family!! The location is very convenient if your planning on going to Disney. Couldn't believe how comfortable the beds were! Normally when we stay at a hotel or B&B I wake up because my arms have fallen asleep, but not here! The house was clean, but there were a few maintenance issues that I had to let Erik now about. The kitchen sink faucet was so loose that it was spinning all the way around when you tried to turn it on. And the pool needed to have the leaves cleaned out of it. But Erik had the maintenance team come out the next day and take care of these issues. The upstairs carpet desperately needs to be stretched or replaced and the stair carpet needs to be replaced. But, I would definitely stay again!

This place is amazing !!!!!

Everything from start to finish was a breeze ! Eric was quick to respond to my emails and calls and was sweet enough to offer to mail my bouquet that I had left in a hast to get to the airport ! I will definitely stay here again !!!

Mini Vacation to Disney

We really enjoyed this property. Lots and Lots of room. We loved the big kitchen with open floor plan so we could all sit and eat together and hang out together. Plenty of bedrooms for 10 people. The amenities on the property are wonderful. Our families thoroughly enjoyed the pool/water park. Very close to Disney Parks and lots of shopping. We will definitely stay again the next time we plan a trip to Disney.
