Please not that there is a steep hill from the lakeside road up to the house. It may be extremely difficult if there is ice or snow. We are happy to refund if we have weather that makes it prohibitive to get to the house.

The cottage is less than 20 minutes from downtown Bellingham and so requires a vehicle. There is plenty of parking at the house so you have no worries about figuring that out.

A Rental Agreement is required to be signed by the guest, and Hold Harmless Agreement regarding the home and shared beach is required to be signed by each guest on the booking before the cancellation period ends. The agreements will be sent to you through the booking platform upon booking.
