Outstanding location and responsive host. Somewhat dated home - a few upgrades (new coffee pot/cutting boards) needed. Wonderful space for family to gather and front deck is nice for morning coffee. Kind neighbors.

The house is very nice. The location is wonderful. Short walk to the beach and resort amenities. Plus it's very close to a trolley stop. There are restaurants and activities across the street which is nice. TVs in most rooms. Lots of steps! There's a dumbwaiter to help take smaller items to the top level. You only get 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person. Washer and dryer are available but I don't want to do laundry on vacation. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall it's a great house to rent for a large family vacation.The upper level has a full bath in the king bedroom and a half bath in the living area. On the second level the queen room and the bunk room share a bathroom. Only a charcoal grill was available. Just a few things that were confusing from the listing.
