The bright, open main floor features comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with center island, and two sets of sliding doors leading to a screened porch and sunny deck overlooking the water.

Upstairs, the oversized primary suite includes a private bath, walk-in closet and a desk, with a secondary bedroom with private deck, plus two additional guest rooms and a full bath nearby. Two more bedrooms and another full bath on the main level offer flexibility for guests of all ages.

The newly finished lower level adds even more living space - perfect for movie nights or game time - and two sets of sliding glass doors open directly to the deck and canal. Step outside to enjoy the private dock, ideal for boating, kayaking, or paddle-boarding. In the evening, you can barbecue, and then gather around the fire-pit and watch the sunset over the water. Welcome to our South Bethany home! For over three decades, our family has cherished spending time together in this wonderful town. My husband and his four siblings began coming here in 1982, and what started as small gatherings quickly blossomed into “Cousins Week”, a treasured tradition where more than 40 of us spend a joyful week together at the beach each year.

Living on the West Coast, these reunions have meant the world to our family, helping our children build close bonds with their cousins. Now, we’re proud to be the third sibling from the original five to own a house in South Bethany, with everyone living within five minutes of one another. We purchased this home to continue the “Cousins Week” legacy for our grown children and, one day, for our grandchildren.

We hope you find as much happiness in this vibrant town and its beautiful beaches as we have. Enjoy your stay!

Nestled at the southern end of South Bethany, our house offers you access to serene, well-protected, life-guarded beaches, far from the crowds found in Bethany Beach and the northern areas.

Our canal-front location is a dream for boaters and water sports lovers, and you’re just a short stroll away from some of the finest beaches on the coast. For over thirty years, Bethany Beach has brought us joy and connection and we hope you create your own special memories here, enjoying everything this unique location has to offer!

Inside, two generous living areas give families the flexibility to gather together or relax separately—ideal for multi-generational stays or groups with kids and adults. The thoughtful bedroom layout includes king suites on both the main and upper levels, three additional bedrooms with queen beds and a fantastic four-bunk room designed just for kids - perfect for two families to share comfortably.

Step out to your private dock to launch a kayak, enjoy the water, or dine alfresco by the canal. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and create memories under the stars.
