No events or guests over 8 people are allowed in the home. Only approved guests are allowed in the home. Unauthorized guests will null the reservation, incur an additional $150 fee per guest, per night, and require you to vacate the property.

As a guest, you will ensure to be respectful of the neighbors. There is a county noise ordinance in which noise after 11pm and before 7am is restricted.

Any risks associated with a stay on the property is at the risk of the renter, including all local laws and regulations. This includes any liabilities associated with said laws, regulations and house rules.

Guests further promise and agree to maintain the home in a clean and safe condition, free of trash, junk, or conditions that threaten or tend to threaten the health or safety of anyone.

Guests are liable for any damage to the property or contents within.
