The sleek kitchen offers everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and the dining area seats 4 with 2 extra seats at the breakfast counter.
Prefer to dine al fresco? Fire up the grill and enjoy your meals with sublime views under the lovely, covered dining cabana area.
The spacious backyard steals the show with a solar-heated, saltwater pool and spa, plenty of sun loungers and patio seating, a porch swing, hammock, and a firepit. Unwind with a cocktail as you watch stunning sunsets fold into clear starry desert nights.
Sunkissed and sleepy, guests can retire to one of three comfortable bedrooms. The primary king ensuite features a shower/tub combo, a large flatscreen TV, and a sliding door leading out to the backyard. The two guest queen bedrooms have their own TVs and share the guest bathroom.
Centrally located in Palm Springs, The Happy House is just a short drive or leisurely bike ride to downtown shops, restaurants, and galleries.

No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TVs, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am.
Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.
Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON
Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.
Monthly Stays – Utility Deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
