Steps away, the stunning pool with attached hot tub and waterfall is a retreat among the desert landscape. Poolside lounge chairs face the clear, blue water with mountain views on the horizon. Your fur friends are also welcome! The home is outfitted with a doggy door to the gated grassy dog run, plus dog bowls and a cushy bed are available.



Sliding glass doors bring you inside where contemporary patterns and vibrant colors make for an inviting indoor space. The large sectional couch, which faces a smart tv and gas fireplace, is the perfect place to spend indoor leisure time. Cozy up here on cool desert nights, or gather in the formal seating area where good conversations are sure to be had. The fully updated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you’ll need for convenient meals at home. For casual dining, make use of the 2 barstools at the kitchen counter or the adjacent high-top table with seating for 6. The formal dining room is a worthy space for gathering with its ample natural light, imaginative art, and seating for 8.



This home sleeps 6 guests in 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and large closet/dressing room. This room also features sliding glass doors which open onto the home’s sprawling patio.



Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and smart tv.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-The home has an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a shared half-bathroom easily accessed from the outdoor pool area.

-Living room and primary bedroom Tvs both have Apple TV and -Spectrum TV app, HBO Max, Showtime, NFL Network, Netflix, etc.

-Guest bedrooms have HBO Max, Netflix, and other network apps.

- Wi-Fi with internet speeds: up to 500+ Mbps download: Up to +25 Mbps upload.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per dog, per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

- Parking for three vehicles in the front circular driveway. Access to the two-car garage is available, as is the gated RV space with power hook-up. However, no water or sewer hook-ups available.-Washer and dryer in unit.

- There is a security camera facing the front of the property. No other cameras are in use.

- *Important* During the colder months of October through May we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 per day. Opting in for pool heat will include spa heat as well. Due to heating elements, spa cannot be purchased separately

- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.

- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.



• Pool & Spa Heating Policy

Please be aware that the pool and spa heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.



Depending on the property, the pool heating fee may cover both the pool and spa if the system allows. For properties where the pool and spa operate on separate heating systems, a separate fee is required for spa heating only. Each property has unique pool controls and systems.





The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A quick 8-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway within 15 minutes of the home, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.



Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
