Discover this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment conveniently located near the Capitol Complex and the Medical District. Enjoy easy access to downtown Helena and the historic Sixth Ward. This home features elegant bamboo flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, along with off-street parking and on-site laundry facilities. Keyless entry adds an extra touch of convenience and security.

The space
Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds, providing plenty of space for up to four guests. A washer and dryer are available on-site, with access through the middle door on the east side of the building (unlocked for your convenience). Off-street parking is located on the west side of the garage in the alley. Please note, the twin bed shown in the photos has been replaced with a queen bed, and the desk has been moved to the living room to create a convenient workspace for guests who wish to work during their stay.

Guest access
You’ll enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, located on the west side of the building. Your unique door code will be sent to you on the day of check-in. If you happen to use the east entrance, the laundry room is easily accessible through the middle door on that side—it’s kept unlocked for your convenience during your stay.

Other things to note
This property offers convenient access to Interstate 15 and Highway 12, making it easy to get to and from all your favorite activities. The airport is just a quick 7-minute drive away, and both the Capitol Complex and St. Peter’s Hospital are only a short commute from the property.

I am a fourth generation Montanan and have lived in or around Helena my entire life. I enjoy meeting people and getting to help facilitate them having a wonderful time while they are staying with us and visiting the area. Some of my favorite things about the area are the many outdoor activities that are available in every direction, whether it is golfing, boating, hiking, or shopping. There is something for everyone. Ok, well the shopping is limited but the other activities make up for that.

Why they chose this property

The best thing about this property is the location. It is close to the highway and interstate so you have easy access to travel the state if that is on your calendar. It is also close to the Capitol complex and the medical establishment whether you are here for work or to see a specific Dr. this gives you quick travel times to either place.

What makes this property unique

While it may look a little ordinary from the outside once you step inside you will feel enveloped in warmth. Stepping into bamboo floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cherry cabinets. This home is made to have you feel like you are home and comfortable the moment you walk in. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the instruments needed to cook a wonderful meal. Cozy bedding in the bedrooms make for deep sleep and comfort all the way around.
