Spacious, bright, and open— yet located all on one convenient level— Proctor House boasts a massive porch and tons of comfy living space. The main great room features two large sofas perched on honey-colored wood floors and facing a giant HDTV. Surrounding the sofas are tons of chairs and occasional tables, perfect for dining, relaxing, jigsaw puzzles, or playing board games. Glass doors allow the bright Florida sunshine inside, and look out over the huge deck and boardwalk that leads directly to the shore. This deck is ideal for sipping afternoon cocktails, grilling juicy burgers or seafood for dinner, applying sunscreen before heading out, or simply kicking back with a good book and listening to the waves roll in.

The kitchen is completely open to the living area and includes a convenient island with a sink, stand alone ice maker, and casual bar stool seating. Seaglass-colored cabinets surround the full suite of premier stainless steel appliances— including a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything your family needs to whip up some cinnamon french toast for breakfast, grab a quick snack between trips to the beach, and grill some delicious fresh seafood from the nearby market for dinner.

Proctor House is ideal for larger groups, with each of the four bedrooms featuring its own private bathroom. Three of the cozy bedrooms include a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in glass shower. The fourth bedroom is a flexible sleeping space with a queen-size bed plus a twin-size day bed with a trundle and an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also an outdoor shower that’s simply perfect for rinsing off sandy toes before coming inside.

Your magical 30A beach day begins the moment you step outside onto your large porch and head down your private, locked wooden boardwalk to the beach. No need to worry about parking or packing tons of supplies— the beauty of Proctor House lies in the effortless luxury of having the beautiful beach right at your fingertips at all times. There’s even an inlet close by that feeds into Oyster Lake across the street, where you can catch fresh fish and crabs or swim or kayak in the lake waters.
