This was a great property in almost every category. However, the 30 "resort" fee was totally un-necessary. What resort? There is a price you pay as an owner for doing business, maintenance is one of those expenses. The guests should not be paying. There was no "resort" other than being on the water. We paid over 300 for one night! And..then add a "resort" fee? Also, there were no ice machines, so I called the front desk and they said it is the responsibility of the guest to turn on the ice maker in the refrigerator! No one told us that and there were no signs or instructions in the room....so no ice. The place was clean, beds were very comfortable.
