Description
Farallon is a Colonial Style apartment complex in the best location of downtown San Juan del Sur with 2 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The apartment is located in a private condominium with daily cleaning service, private parking, 24-hour security, generator and backup water tank. Everything you need for a safe and stress-free vacation.
The space
The main door entrance of the apartment enters to the TV living area. To follow you will walk into the dining area and kitchen. The spacious and comfortable kitchen has an incredible view of the ocean. Three steps lower you will find the living area and terrace. These both also have a beautiful view of San Juan del Sur and it is perfect for relaxing. The terrace has four rocking chairs and a hammock, which provide all the ultimate vacation feel.
Spiral stairs take you to the second floor where the master and second bedroom are located. The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate children. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. The third bathroom is located downstairs. The spacious deck on the first and second floor are perfect for relaxing in hammocks.
The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, and living room with a beautiful view to San Juan del Sur’s bay. Once you open all the door panels, the apartment is airy and always provides a nice breeze. Its has the best of both worlds when in San Juan: walking proximity to everything in town and incredible views of the bay and Christ.
Guest access
Guests have access the entire rented apartment and all shared areas of the condominium. This includes the pool area and parking.
Other things to note
The apartment has two parking spots on site. Also we can arrange transportation from and to Managua International Airport at an extra charge.
Rent includes electricity consumption of 30 Kw/h per day. If consumption per day exceeds, guests will be charged $1.00 per Kw/h over after checkout through Vrbo. To avoid any additional charges, please turn off AC, lights, and fans whenever you are not using them. Daily consumption is available upon request.
As part of multi-unit complex, all guests are asked to respect our neighbours by keeping the noise down/low, especially during late and early hours.
You must also acknowledge
• Potential for noise - Due to its prime location and proximity to bars, there might be a slight noise coming from them.
• Must climb stairs
• Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300.00
• Some spaces are shared - You will share the parking area and pool on site.
• Cleaning service is provided once a day.
