Welcome to the Dancing Bear Cabin! Your family will be absolutely thrilled while staying in this 2-story, 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath vacation cabin with shiplap interior siding throughout that lends a true cabin-in-the-woods feel! Stepping inside, you’ll be greeted by an open living, dining, and kitchen area complete with a comfortable sofa and three upholstered chairs for relaxing and enjoying the freestanding gas fireplace strategically placed in the middle of the room. The dining area provides a large table with seating for six…perfect for playing board and card games with your family and friends. The kitchen area features a wraparound counter offering plenty of prep space and a breakfast bar with three stools. Just down the hall you’ll discover one bedroom with 1-full sized bed and a monitor with a VHS & DVD player combo…remember those! There’s also one full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, and a laundry/mud room with a full sized washer and dryer…perfect for sudsing your duds and storing your gear.

Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a second bedroom with 2-twin sized beds, a third bedroom with 1-twin sized bed, and a fourth “main” bedroom with 1-queen and 1-twin sized bed. There’s also a half bath with a wash basin and commode.

Just outside, there is a large wraparound deck…perfect for lounging, entertaining, barbequeing, and taking in nature’s splendor. Don’t forget Fido! This pet-friendly, (2-pet maximum…No Exceptions) wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
