Why they chose this property

We have loved living here the past 15 years, but needed more room with our growing family. The neighborhood is very family-friendly and quiet with a lot of neighbors out for morning and evening strolls. Clark Lake is a nice half mile loop just outside the neighborhood and there is plenty to do in the area. Wegmans is one mile away with Duke and UNC each just five miles away.

What makes this property unique

The house has been updated with new flooring and a new AC unit amount many other things all in late 2025.
