Perfect size for 3

Short trip to area and this house worked great. Super clean and had all the amenities needed for our weekend stay. Quite / Friendly neighborhood and would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy, Convenient and Clean

We came to Chapel Hill for a wedding and the venue was only 5 miles away. It was very clean and sat in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very nice. We brought our dogs and I would have given it a 10 out of 5 if it had a fenced in yard. Over all, it was perfect for what we needed

Christmas Family Visit

Our out of town relatives and their dogs enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of this home while visiting family for the holidays. It was relaxing to enjoy our own space in 3 spacious bedrooms after a day with family at their Chapel Hill home.

Great Location in a Quiet Street

This house was the perfect location for visiting friends in Carrboro. We easily travelled to Durham and the surrounding area. The house was furnished with everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet stay in nicely updated home

Enjoyable stay! Home was as expected per listing. Host was very responsive in the chat. Short drive to UNC campus. Fast WiFi and desk in one bedroom allows for remote work. Nice deck and large backyard.

Nice dog friendly place

Everything was as described and better! We were there on a rainy weekend and took advantage of any breaks in the rain to go out for hikes among the beautiful North Carolina pines. But we weren't disappointed when we needed to stay "home" as this house is comfortable and supplied with everything one may need. So convenient to Carrboro and also to the Harry Anderson dog park. Don't miss this lovely park if you bring your dog!

Clean and Comfortable Home

We stayed here while moving my son to college. The location was very good for getting around the Chapel Hill Durham area. I think this is one of the cleanest VRBO's we've ever stayed in. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very good communicators with instructions, directions, and answers to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Perfect place!

We were in town visiting colleges and this house was conveniently close to UNC Chapel Hill, Duke, and NC State College. Driving distance to grocery store, many restaurants. Super quiet neighborhood. The most spotless house we have ever stayed in. The hosts provide sheets, towels, coffee, tea, creamers. Super thoughtful thank you!! Lastly, check in with keypad was very easy. Would highly recommend this property and will stay again if we visit Chapel Hill in future!

Quaint, but Impressive--Sign Us Up Again!

In preparation for our UNC Chapel Hill transfer orientation we had no where to stay until this quaint location reared it's beautiful head and the host was amazing in answering all questions within 5 minutes of asking. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, long driveway and patio. Everything worked, clean towels for a family of 4, with extra in the linen closet. minor cons: floor squeaks as you make your way to the bedrooms/bathroom, could use more storage space for clothes. We will definitely will rent again and again. Thank you for a great place to lay our heads even though my kids griped about sharing the single bathroom. Yep, spoiled kids. LOL

Cute house in nice neighborhood

I was very happy to have found Clay’s house in NC. We were down to visit my daughter. We had a late flight and we didn’t get back to the house until midnight. All the grocery stores were closed and I was so thankful when I opened the fridge and saw a PUR water filter container. It’s just a small thing, but it was awesome because we are huge water drinkers. In the am, the kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking supply we needed, but the extra touch was a little coffee and snack station that is left for use. It was also so helpful because we hadn’t made it to the grocery store. We knew with a cup of coffee, we could power through our day. The bathroom has every shower supply you could need, so if you forget your shampoo pouch, there is some supplied. The house was spotless and the beds were so comfortable!!! There is a big backyard, but we were only at the house at night. It would be great if we ever brought our dog. If you check out this house, don’t hesitate to stay. It’s perfect and the hosts respond quickly! Thanks again.

Very nice house. Clean, comfortable, it felt like we were home. It is a very quiet neighborhood. the bedrooms are roomy and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, knives,all the utensils you need. coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. We stayed to move my 90 year old parents up to Michigan. This house is so much better than a hotel and close enough to everything but far enough to be nice and quiet. Clay and Angie, we appreciate you both for letting us stay in such a beautiful house. There was not a thing that we needed. I would choose this home to stay at anytime I come to the chapel Hill area.

The house is beautiful and was the perfect spot for a quick weekend during graduate school orientation! We had our dog with us for part of the weekend and loved the little touches in the home, such as the food and water bowl. We would absolutely recommend this property.

We were very comfortable during our 5-night stay in the "Bright 3-bedroom House". The location was convenient for seeing friends and family. The house was super clean and well maintained inside and out. All furnishings were in good condition, all appliances worked perfectly. The house was well equipped for meal preparation without being cluttered with things we didn't need. Nice kitchen.We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. We really appreciated the yard space and deck to sit outside (and read). This was a super welcoming place for our dog. Great to have furniture covers available! We would stay again!

The space was so lovely and the kitchen was very well-appointed! We've stayed at a few rentals, and Clay and Angie really thought about everything to make the space useful and comfortable! The back and front yard were great for the dogs to walk around on leash and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. We would be happy to stay here again!
