The location was walkable to many cool areas of downtown and was very quiet at night, which was appreciated. The home was exactly as expected and if I ever need to stay in the area again would definitely try to book there.

Great location. Everything was in walking distance to include our event. Host regularly checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable. The property is amazing. We were very pleased with the space, loved the decor, and even took a evening to enjoy the games. Definitely will be back.

Very clean and welcoming! Parking was convenient. Our kids loved playing all the board games provided. Hands down the best communication from a rental host we’ve ever had. We only stayed one night as we were driving through town but we’d definitely stay again!

The location of this property is perfect and we didn't move our vehicle the entire weekend. We were only a few minutes from Massachusetts Ave and only a few steps from St. Joseph Brewery. Also this location is only a few minutes off the interstate and very easy access. The parking was also great knowing you had assigned spots. The interior space is well appointed and worked out great for the four of us.(2 couples) and would recommend this unit highly. Our host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Our host and his team were very responsive to our questions and special needs. Everything was clean and tidy. Great location, close to everything! The only thing keeping us from rating it a 5* was the noise level from the upstairs unit (loud foot steps at 5am); Which was of no fault to our host. Thank you for a great stay!

This was an excellent property that is exactly as pictured. Great location with free parking. We stayed here with our middle school aged child, and the place is stocked with family friendly games. We had fun playing Jenga every night. The showers were good, and work well even for tall folks, like my husband. Check in and out was super easy. The location is great, with easy access to lots of food, drinks, coffee, etc. Communication was clear and concise. We had no issues during our stay. Would stay again and recommend this to anyone with a family or a group in the Indy area.
