Beautiful Beachside Condo.

Rent just in time for summer. This condo has it all and has just been fully renovated. This is a completely Furnished, First Floor condo with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath that comfortably sleeps four. Master has a queen size bed and 2 twin beds in the guest room. It is tastefully decorated with bright white wainscoting, and whitewashed grey planked flooring, bringing the feel of the beach inside. The amenities offered are private beach front, a large heated pool, tennis courts, a putting green, horse shoes, shuffle board, bocce ball and grilling area. The Club House activities include cards, bingo, and movie night.
Best of all you are only steps away from getting your toes in the sand.

The Condo is located just 45min away from Orlando Int airport, under 60 minutes to all of the downtown Orlando attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and many more. A 10 min ride will get you to the Port canaveral Cruise Terminals and keep in mind you will be staying on Cocoa Beach, 1/2 mile away from Ron Jon Surf shop, Cocoa Beach Pier and numerous local attractions to keep you and the family busy.

Cocoa Beach - Diplomat February 2023

This was a very nice property. Newly renovated/updated with nice furnishings and decorations. The location is excellent with easy access to the beach and a nice pool, courts and activities. The hosts were very personable and welcoming. I highly recommend this unit. It was a great place to enjoy the warm sunshine of the coast.

Totally happy with our stay.

The condo was in a prime condition, clean, and extremely well stocked. Actually, it exceeded all expectations. The owner was very helpful and promptly answered our questions, the communication was perfect. Also, fish was willing to bite in spite of the weather on the first couple of days. We are sorry that you were not satisfied fully with your stay, As far as the bed, it is a Queen as listed in the ad, the linens we always bleach and have had years of compliments how clean we provide our condo. So we will obviously address that. The AC we can look into heavier blinds, but this is the first time it’s been brought to our attention in over 7 years. So again we are truly sorry, we try to provide a great product for people to enjoy at an affordable rate. We will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns.

It was just as described and had everything we needed. Nice beach just steps away, and the pool was very nice as well. The Property is a little dated but well appointed . The facility is well maintained and kept immaculate. Check in was easy and the communication with the owner was excellent. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home while visiting the Space Coast.

Had a great time! Paul and Jill are very effective communicators. Very convenient location. Quiet environment close to the beach. Nice pool and great neighbors. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Very comfortable beds and everything worked just fine. On-site manager very friendly and helpful. Lots and lots of good restaurants with a wide variety of offerings. Just a very fun time that we enjoyed. I highly recommend this property and the owners. Thanks much!

Everything you could want in a beach home, especially the beach. Clean, comfortable 2 bedroom condo just steps from the heated pool in one direction and the ocean in the other. Convenient to everything in Cocoa Beach. Enjoyed our two weeks so much we are staying for a month next year.

Sun and Fun on the Space Coast

My wife and I enjoyed two weeks at Cocoa Beach. Our condo was perfect for us and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The rental is in a convenient location for visits to Cape Canaveral, Melbourne, and Cocoa as well as other places up and down the coast. Lots of choices for dining and entertainment within short driving distances. Access to the beach is a huge plus. Don't want any sand? The pool is a great alternative. We hope to visit again!

Great location!

This nicely decorated condo was perfect for our two week stay to escape the bitter cold up north. It was well supplied with beach chairs, etc., had all the basic supplies to get started and was squeaky clean. Paul contacted us several times to make sure we had what we needed and left a bottle of wine to welcome us. We definitely would rent this place again!

Great quiet place to relax!

Overall the stay was great! The owner has a lot of pride in the rental and it is apparent when you see how it is set up. I will be staying again (hopefully after laundry units installed inside). Pros: Room for 4 Pool & Beach Quiet Condo Lots of Parking Beach Chairs & Boogie Board Cook full meals in Kitchen Publix/Dollar Store right across the street Denny's short drive away Beach was not crowded for our entire stay Cocoa Pier one-mile beach walk away. The Internet is 150mbps/20mbps. A/C works well! Cons: Condo laundry area is not good (the owner has plans to install private laundry) The parking lot has little shade and is very hot in summer The Condo office refused to give quarters for the laundry mat.

Thank you RYAN, we would love to host you and your family again in the future, and yes we will be installing a new washer/ dryer unit in the condo hopefully this December along with new appliances.
