This Cocoa Beach condo is wonderful. It is ground level and walks directly out to the beach. We also really enjoyed the pool during our stay. Nadine is a wonderful host and was very attentive to our needs. Cocoa Beach is a special place. Our family will cherish the memories we made here.

This was our second visit and it was even better than the first. Nadine is a gem to work with. We visit Cocoa a couple of times per year and this property will be our go to from now on. Clean, convenient, fantastic location and stunning view. We can't wait to return.

The host was so awesome!So many little touches that were welcomed.I'm an early person, so I caught ALL the sunrises over the atlantic. Host check in with me to assure all was good. It was!I even left my Stanley in the frezzer and she shipped it back to me quickly. Thank you Nadine!I only have 2 suggestions for the host. Perhaps dome kind of dhrlf or other in shower to set your bsth essentials on (?)And a full length mirror somewhere(?) To be honest, i didnt shut BR doors, therefore maybe I missed them lolAll in all, a def "go to" place when I'm back over in Cocoa Beach! Its savex in favorites!

This is a fabulous place to hear the waves from the deck and enjoy the beach. There are many options close by to eat, we really enjoyed cocoa village, which is a short drive inland. The place is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Mosquitoes are hungry in the evenings so bring bug spray.

Wonderful summer vacation!

Great location! Stress free vacation. Beach was uncrowded. The condo faces the ocean and has a large outdoor deck. The beach is a short walk right over the dunes. Pool was great, too. Loved the Mexican restaurant next door! The nearby zoo was the best one we’ve been to. The Kennedy Space Center was outstanding. Thank you for letting us park in the garage, as well. The ice chest, umbrella, beach chairs and boogie board made this so easy for us to enjoy the beach! Would definitely rent again! Owners were very responsive. Clean & Great Hosts

We had a great stay! The hosts were fantastic—very friendly, responsive, and quick to address an issue. The condo was clean. There was an issue during our stay, which was out of the hosts’ control, and they worked quickly to resolve it, which really showed how much they care about their guests’ experience. There are a few minor cons: there was no iron provided, only 1 mirror in the entire condo, and the deck didn’t have lounge chairs. The pool was advertised as heated, which was a major reason we chose this property, but the heat wasn’t on during our stay. It was an unusually cold week, but we would have loved to use the pool for at least one day if the heat had been on. That said, we would absolutely stay here again. The cleanliness and excellent hosts made up for the small inconveniences!
