We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your stay. Prior to this visit, we have consistently received positive feedback from our guests. Unfortunately, during this stay the house rules were not followed, including smoking in non-smoking areas, which caused significant cigarette and marijuana smoke odor issues. The shower knob was also damaged during this stay, and the guest declined maintenance access when offered during the stay. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained space and addressing all concerns promptly when access is permitted.

Check-in/check-out were great, both easy and convenient. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit itself was pretty clean. (Minus the moldy celery in the fridge) Warm, comfortable. Beds were made and extra pillows/blankets accessable. Fold out was good. Fun location geographicly. Lots to do in just walking distance.Also Access was great. A front and a back way in/out of the building.Inside the building was pretty rough. Falling ceilings and building supplies all through the hallway.A couple negative things to note:*The bedroom bed is sunken down in the middle and seemed to be broken. Not very cool to sleep on, very uncomfortable.*Found open bottle of bleach in the kitchen. **And had an uncomfortable confrontation with the neighbor on the first night, insisting drama about the unit being a rental. All in all we did really enjoy our stay!

Host was very available and responsive. We had a couple of hiccups (streaming device for TV had gone missing and there were no sheets for the pullout bed) and while we had to get creative with solutions she was helpful and very quick to respond. The location is extremely convenient to lots of fun restaurants and unique shops. Loved having my dogs with me! A couple of helpful notes: while the apartment is listed as a two bedroom it is actually one bedroom with a pullout in the living room. Because the only other bed is in shared space, if you are traveling with someone else, either everyone has to go to bed at the same time or the person going to bed earlier gets the bedroom. So maybe not ideal if traveling with kids for example. Also, the heater is quite loud. That said, it worked very well and the temperature was quite comfortable.
