Located just 6 miles from NAU, 24 miles to Snowbowl, 29 miles to Sedona, and just over 1 hour from the South entrance of the Grand Canyon. This gorgeous property features a King bedroom loft upstairs looking out of the picture windows into the beautiful Ponderosa Pines. There are two secondary bedrooms on the main floor: (bedroom 1) has two twin beds and 1 trundle bed perfect for the kids or larger group, (bedroom 2) has two twin beds which can be kept separate or pushed together to make a king bed. The full bathroom with washer and dryer is located on the main floor. The living room is perfect for snuggling around the fireplace or playing board games with your group. The sofa can sleep two additional guests. Enjoy the outdoors on the perfectly curated paver patio with a wood burning fire-pit and propane grill.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
November- April turn heater to 70 degrees
Remove all trash and food and place in outside dumpsters by the garage
Close all windows and doors, make sure propane for grill is off, make sure fire-pit is out with water
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our family of 6 is from Oklahoma and we decided to take on an adventure and move to Flagstaff in 2021 to enjoy the beautiful outdoor opportunities such as snowboarding, trail running, and hiking. We love our cabin and hope that you enjoy it just as much as we do. We recently made a move to Florida to enjoy the amazing Emerald Coast and everything the salt life has to offer.
Why they chose this property
We love our cabin because it's sitting high in the largest contiguous Ponderosa Pine forest in the world where we have access to thousands of miles of trails for hiking, trail running, side by side off roading, and access to over 5 national parks within a 5 hour drive. Our cabin is just located 6 miles from Downtown Flagstaff being far enough away to enjoy the serenity but close enough to commute quickly to anything you would need in town.
