About this property

Downtown House with NEW Game Room!

This custom home was completed on August 2017.

Our house on Forest View Drive is conveniently located within the downtown area and is a 3 minute drive to the heart of the city (also within walking distance). This home has three bedrooms, 2 baths, and has amazing views of the San Francisco Peaks! This home will comfortably accommodate 8 and is perfect for all types of travelers. Home has a hot tub in the backyard, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views, and is close to most of the tourist attractions in Flagstaff.
The North Pole Experience is 1.8 miles, 8 miles to Snowbowl, 10 Minutes to NAU, 45 mins to Sedona, 1.5 hours to Grand Canyon, and a 3 min drive downtown. For visiting doctors in the area, we are .8 miles to Flagstaff Medical Center. This house is also .5 miles to the grocery store, Starbucks, and local restaurants. For those of you with trailers for horses or toys, we have a very open street and are welcome to park at your leisure!

Worried about travel in these challenging times? Our home is professionally cleaned between guests to make sure the home is safe and comfortable for all of those staying.

Does your group enjoy relaxing and enjoying movies and sports on TV's? We have 3 flat screen TV's for all of your relaxing, including Netflix and other streaming services, along with upgraded sound in our living room and garage!

With this home being right next to our other home(#7600323), you have the option to have a large family reunion or company retreat. Please reach out us for availability. The homes together will have occupancy of around 18 people with only a 10 foot path between the 2 homes!

We had such a wonderful stay here during our weekend soccer tournament. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and perfectly located with easy access to downtown Flagstaff. Our pets loved exploring the secure backyard, and we felt at ease knowing they had a safe space to roam. Evenings were especially enjoyable—while the kids had fun in the downstairs playroom, we relaxed on the patio and soaked in the peaceful atmosphere. We can’t wait to return!

Relaxing, beautiful home! We really enjoyed our short stay. The house was impeccable, the neighborhood is so nice and the driveway slope is no joke lol. Felt secluded but still very close to downtown and even walked around the neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed the trail and quiet roads. The game room is fun and such a nice touch.

This house is was great, it’s got everything a family would need including kids toys! Our only drawbacks is the ac wasn’t working well and the neighborhood is not walkable to downtown (need to go on major roads).

Great Location- loved the hot tub

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. We used it as a base for exploring Grand Canyon and Sedona. We would stay again if in the area.

Great house great location

We really enjoyed our experience! The house was super clean and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location is super close to downtown restaurants and bars.. really nice to come back and sit in the Jacuzzi after a long day of hiking. We had a great time and plan to visit again soon.

Wonderful stay in downtown Flagstaff

This place was prefect for our family of three and two dogs. The place was clean and well stocked. The backyard was secure for the dogs. The location was great as well, very close to downtown but on quiet road. The game room in the garage was a bonus. We had fun playing basketball in the evenings.

Excellent stay!

The place was even more beautiful than the pictures! Great place for two families to meet up (had 4 small children, ages 1-7) and they had everything we needed for the kids. Toys, games, game room, baby gate, etc. Beautiful views, quiet, with close access to downtown and much more. Highly recommend!

Beautiful House

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It was large and comfortable with everything you could need . The host was very responsive to any questions and very gracious about letting us host unexpected friends for dinner one evening. We would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends who are interested in staying there for Fall break.

Thanksgiving 2017

Had a wonderful time in Flagstaff for Thanksgiving 2017. Perfect location for Grand Canyon trips and Sedona trips. The house was perfect for my family of 5. The double bunk bed room was a big hit for our three girls! the house was spotless and looked brand new. I would definitely return to Flagstaff and rent this beautiful home again! Homebase for morning-after-wedding brunch

We spent a wonderful week here, exploring Flagstaff and celebrating a wedding. Hosted an open house gathering for wedding guests the day after, since everyone had to travel to Flagstaff for the event. Shout out to Biff’s Bagels! And BIG shout out to Chris, our VRBO host - always quick & helpful & friendly replies to my queries. The home was well laid out and appointed for hosting this gathering. The guests all raved about this home & it’s location. I hope we can return to FLG someday & definitely hope to rent here again. Thanks for all, Chris!

Exceptional property! Excellent!

Exceptional! This property is excellent! It is located very conveniently near downtown Flagstaff, with easy access to shops, grocery stores, local attractions, hiking trails and parks. The house is brand new and is a stunning modern but comfortable design. It is decorated with lovely designer touches, including tasteful furnishings, original photographic art and colorful bedding. It offers lots of light and fresh air, air conditioning if needed, and a cozy gas fireplace. The appliances are top of the line, and the kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and mugs, excellent cookware, and every pantry item we needed for a 20-day stay. The bedding is soft and yummy, and the bathrooms are fully stocked with toiletries and lots of nice thick towels. The owners are very responsive and helpful and have set up the house with meticulous attention to detail. We loved being outside so much, enjoying the spectacular view from the deck and the privacy of the back patio. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the peaceful quiet and gorgeous view of the stars. Some of our favorite local activities included hiking Mt Elden and walking in Buffalo Park, taking the self-guided tours of downtown, shopping, and visiting the three nearby National Monuments: Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater and Waputki . Bottom line, we loved this property and can’t wait to come back for another visit. Highly recommend!

Had a fun stay with friends. Great location, close to a ton of amenities. The hot tub we couldn't really use it smelled so strongly of bleach/chemicals we didn't want to get in. There is no AC but fans in the bedrooms, although in the main bedroom you can't have the fan on without the light on so that was a bummer.

Fantastic view, amenities and location!

What a beautiful, comfortable home! This was our first visit to Flagstaff, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the hot tub, comfy beds and sectional, and the unbeatable view. The location was just a quick drive from the quaint downtown area, where we enjoyed some of the many great restaurants. Highly recommend Shift and Dark Sky Brewery! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into the guest experience, from plenty of towels and throw blankets, to game and toy collections for a variety of ages, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and well-kept, and Chris was a great communicator and easy to reach. We would love to come back — so much to see, and an easy drive to the Grand Canyon. We also came up from Phoenix through Sedona and highly recommend that drive — stunning mountain vistas! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Flagstaff, look no further.

The game room and hot tub were great!

My family of four stayed this weekend. The hot tub worked very well and even though there were neighbors - it still felt private. We played lots of games at their huge kitchen table, and the game room in the garage was great for the teens. They played basketball “horse.” Chris was also very responsive and friendly

Brand new property with a Modern mountain feel right in the downtown area of Flagstaff. You will not find this quality of home on Homeaway this close to downtown. Also a great home to bring your little ones and younger kids. We have a baby gate, Pack N Play, and board games.

Very close to downtown Flagstaff with all the amenities of a luxury home. Don't forget to walk out on the front deck and gaze at the wonderful San Francisco Peaks, or in to the forest from the hot tub!
