This lovely 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Villa has its own private pool with a spacious South Facing pool deck and a high bush fence for privacy. Just imagine sitting outside on the deck enjoying an Al Fresco drink or meal after a busy day in and around Orlando!

As you enter the Villa, there is a Queen bedroom with its own TV, dresser and closet to your left and then you enter the well-appointed kitchen which is fully equipped for providing a quick snack or for cooking up a family/friends meal. There is a formal dining table which seats 6 persons and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The well stocked kitchen includes the following:
- Refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher
- Keurig coffee maker
- Crockpot, instant pot, air fryer, toaster
- Cooking basics, dishware/flatware

The large TV with its comfy sofas all add to the ambience of the living area where you can sit and chat about your day's actiivities or watch a movie together, with a lovely view of the pool deck area.

The 3 other bedrooms all lead off the living area with the following:
The King Master Bedroom with closet, dresser and TV. It has its own full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo - this bedroom has direct access to the pool deck.
There is another Queen Bedroom with closet, dresser and TV. It has its' own access to the Hallway Bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The Mickey twin room with closet, dresser and TV is next door to the Hallway Bathroom.
This lovely home has following indoor amenities:
- 5 Smart TVs
- Dining table to seat 6 persons, breakfast bar with 2 stools
- Garage Games room w/ ping-pong (table tennis) table, air hockey table & basketball hoop

- No pets allowed due to the possible allergies of our future Guests.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings to be held inside the home or on the pool deck.
