This 3 bedroom 2 bath villa sleeps 6. This lovely home is located in the very private gated community of Weston Hills in Clermont. 6.8 miles from Disney. This house stands out because it is located at the back end of the community overlooking conservation which can never be built on so there are no houses behind you. It provides alot of privacy. Watch the spectacular sunsets from the private pool or Jacuzzi. This house has been lovingly cared for over the years.This community offers many things to do for a family. As well as the pool and jacuzzi at the house there are walking trails, a soccer field, basketball court, tennis court, 2 pools, splash playground, volleyball court, and a large kids playground. Lots to do! A great place to vacation!

This is our third time staying at this property. It is well kept. We enjoy it's proximity to all things Disney and that it is in a gated community and has a private pool. We definitely will be back.

Great clean condo in a good location

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. It was very clean and close to grocery stores for supplies. About a 45 minute drive to Universal Studios. Our children almost loved the pool more than Unviseral! We would definitely stay again.

Wish I could give this house a higher rating!

This home is located in a nicely maintained, gated neighborhood with easy access to major highways, Disney World, restaurants and grocery stores. This community also has two outdoor pools and a recreational area, however, we did not access those during our stay. Instead, we enjoyed the private pool and hot tub at this rental. The private pool was the highlight of our rental experience. One suggestion would be for the owner to add a couple of safety bars to assist in getting in and out of the pool. There were none. The layout and quality of the kitchen was decent. The overall design of the house worked well. The house also has a comprehensive security system. Detailed notes are provided to the renter. Our rental contact, Mindy, responded promptly when contacted. While there, a toilet wasn't working properly and she secured a plumber the next day who promptly fixed the problem. Additionally, upon notification, she replaced a couple of baking pans. Regarding disappointments, this house needs a thorough deep clean---all floors, baseboards, ledges, fans, windows, etc. There was a lot of dirt and dust. We did not report this since we did not want further disruption during our stay and this house cleaning would definitely take dedicated time! Secondly, all of the bedroom mattresses are of poor quality. We did report that but were told the mattresses were just "fine." Clearly, they were not. The queen mattress, especially, provided almost no support. Thirdly, the Sling TV service was sub par. Additionally, the TV's in the bedrooms are very small to view from the beds. One of the TV's was not working at all. Since we didn't watch a lot of TV while there, we didn't report the TV's during our stay. Almost all the window blinds did not work correctly and there were some other smaller things I will share with Mindy via telephone. With this additional attention, this house could easily be awarded a higher rating.

This rental was very nice and we had a good time but there were some issues with the A/C and hot tub. The A/C was supposed to stay at a certain temperature like 75, per the rules, so it did get a little hot at times especially in the front bedroom when the hot sun was coming in throughout the daytime hours. The host did let us put it down to like 72 since we had my pregnant daughter in law with us but it was still a little warm at times especially since the A/C seemed to be having trouble keeping the temperature down to 72 degrees. The hot tub was confusing. We paid extra for the hot tub to be hot. It would take a while to heat up and sometimes it was not hot at all. The pool was very nice especially with the cover over the top to keep bugs out. The neighborhood pool/playground was great and there was no one there. Lastly, I just want to mention that my family is big on watching movies and my grandson watches the Disney channel so the tv in the living room was large and worked well but the tvs in the bedrooms were very small about the size of a computer monitor so not as good. Anyway, like I said we had a great time anyway because the weather was good and we were together.

Good house

We enjoyed this house. It wasn’t perfect, but it was set up and it was very laid out the pictures do it justice. Lots of instructions everywhere. The pool was smal but nice. The clubhouse pool was really nice. They also had a splash park for the Littles and then a smaller pool for the young kids.

Perfect place to stay.

This house was great! Gated community. Nice and quiet. If you want to visit Orlando area but want to be to be out of the touristy areas this is the place. House was clean and set up perfect for any family!

Memories made with 3-generation vacation

Perfect for a family vacation with a spacious fully equipped home highlighted by a gorgeous private pool and hot tub. Hostess very attentive, responded timely, and helpful in suggestions for shopping, best beach day and even when we needed a light bulb replaced. A pretty home; you can hear the birds singing every morning and watch the incredible sunsets in the evening from the hot tub.

The small things add up

Getting through security every night was a hassle. Issues with the ID scanner or just plain rude security. Bed was incredibly creaky, a good night sleep was more due to exhaustion than anything else. Mold in showers, dust everywhere, small ants, water kettle had some buildup at the spout, unsure what that was. A more detailed cleaning is definitely in order.

Needs some upgrades, bed was very louad and hard to sleep. Place was messy, need a major deep clean. Found mice poop in window after having to strip the beds. Did not come stocked with any household products ( only had one tide pod and one dishwasher pod). Management we nice and easy to talk with. Community was quiet and secure.

Nice place to stay

The house was great. The mattresses/box springs were old and loud when you moved, but I had a noise machine so it wasn’t too bad. The floors were dirty. Walking in socks or bare feet turned then dark brown. Bathroom rug visibly dirty first day. Other than that everything was great! Pool was great and we had no trouble going in and out of the property. We really had a very nice stay.

Unexpected visitor

The house was fine. Could use an updating though. Make sure you purchase household items because this rental doesn't come with much. If you book this property, you will understand. Not a big deal, just annoying. The main issue was the property manager entering the home without permission and unannounced. Don't walk around in your undergarments because you may have a unannounced visitor. It was a miscommunication issue, but still...

Over all ok

Neighborhood is very nice, house is pretty (older home maybe). Pool seemed nice, but we never got around to using it. Home could use a little updating (i.e. bed mattresses, shower heads). Sofa is nice, not extremely comfortable but still nice. Would’ve liked another chair for sitting. Wait time at gate took a bit of time in the beginning. Fairly close to good restaurants, shopping not so much. Communication with Mindy was quick and helpful. Entering the home upon first arrival was easy. I guess my biggest complaint would be that the house needs a deep cleaning (baseboards, master bath shower). Overall I would give this home a 4.5 out of 5 and would recommend.

Beautiful "home away from home".

My family had a wonderful time at this property. We stayed for 11 nights in April/May 2024. It truly felt like a home away from home.The home is beautiful and well maintained. The description of this property is spot on. Gated community which added extra safety as were travelling with a young child. The check-in process is seamless and checking in at the gate was easy with only minor delays if there are others in line ahead of you. The house also has an alarm for added security. The pool is beautiful and well maintained.The screen in the back is perfect and keeps any bugs out. Safety screen to keep the kids safe. The neighbours are friendly and keep to themselves and there is enough privacy by the pool as the home backs onto a ravine. The playground in the community is wonderful and includes a splashpad and 2 pools, tennis court, walking trail. So ideal to have nearby with little kids. Well furnished, but as listed you will need to provide your own toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing and landry detergent. These were easy to get as there are grocery stores and a Dollartree nearby so you easily get what you need at an affordable price for your stay.Approx 1/2 hour from Disney and there are a number of restaurants and shopping in any direction. We also loved that it was only a 20 min drive from downtown Clermont.We would gladly stay at this property again. Mindy's communication was excellent and she responded in minutes. Thank you so much!
