Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Dispose of all trash.The bin is located in front of the house on the sidewalk. -Please Turn off stove & oven. -Please clean up any pet waste before checkout.
-Lock both the front and back doors & make sure all windows are fully closed. -If you used physical keys for the front or back door, please return them to the lockbox.
-Checkout Confirmation: Kindly let us know once you’ve checked out so we can schedule the cleaners. If possible, a quick video walkthrough is appreciated to confirm everything is in order.

The host was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early after a long drive from Pennsylvania. The property contained everything that you needed to be comfortable. The location is super close to downtown. I just greatly appreciate the communication, the amenities, and the super seamless easy stay.

10/10 recommend . The house was spotless, beautifully decorated in a modern farmhouse style, and had such a cozy, peaceful feel. I also loved how easy it was to get around — it’s a straight shot right into the city of Atlanta. Everything about the stay was smooth and comfortable. I truly couldn’t find one thing to complain about. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and convenient place to stay quiet neighborhood , go book it!

This house is wayyyy more spacious than its appear .. it’s a beautiful home nestled in the heart of Atlanta. Everything is so clean and the 3 levels was more than enough space and room for me and my 4 friends . We really enjoyed this home ! The host has everything you can possibly need.
