The entire staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. We felt pampered with the excellent service. From the valet parking to the front desk check-in it was first class service. Our room was exactly as we expected in great shape. Of course, it is an historical building in the historic district so no-one should expect modern resort construction, but the building was in tip-top condition. The roof top pool area was an unexpected bonus. We found ourselves taking advantage of what it had to offer on two occasions (even though it was only a long weekend stay). When we go to Savannah again, this will be on the top of our list to try to book.

We did not get housecleaning. Had to request toilet paper and coffee for second night. There was no one at the front desk for several hours.

One of the main reasons we chose this listing was the pool. Unfortunately we did not get to use it as it was closed. There was no mention of the pool being closed on booking or pre check in from the hotel self.

Property is run down and dirty. We changed rooms multiple times and it didn’t get better. Stains on the bed, flooring coming up, dirt everywhere. Also host was horrible at communicating.

Great hotel with a fantastic location. Pool was a must have for hot days. And Scott, the pool bartender had exceptional service. Only small complaint- no fridge in the room to keep drinks cold and the room never got below 74- which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Location was great for our weekend plans. Hotel was very nice and clean. The room wasn’t ready when we checked, but to be fair we were 30minutes early.

A family friendly clean hotel. The only complaint albeit a minor one is they ran out of pool towels a few times yesterday.
