Regarding the security deposit: we understand how frustrating this was. Damage deposits are collected and refunded through VRBO’s payment system, so the timing of the charge and the refund was handled by VRBO, not by us directly. We’re sorry it wasn’t clearer at the time of booking, and we’ll review our listing so future guests understand how it works upfront. About the beach towels: we sincerely apologize. We promised to drop them off and didn’t follow through, and that’s not the level of service we hold ourselves to. We’ve added a supply of pool and beach towels to the unit so future guests have them on arrival. We also appreciate your notes on the linens, towels, full-size mattresses and kitchen supplies. We’re upgrading the linens and towels, reviewing the mattresses, and restocking the kitchen with cooking and coffee basics. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
