This well designed one bedroom apartment features a comfortable queen bed, filtered water in shower, and well appointed kitchen. An additional office space with wrap around windows and heart stopping views has a full bed for extra guests. Quiet hillside walkable neighborhood that is out of the hustle of the city but literally 5 minutes drive from coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Downtown LA 15 minutes, Pasadena 15 minutes, Silverlake 15 minutes, Hollywood 20 minutes.
