Instructions were perfect. Location was perfect. So much space for the family to unwind. Kids loved the personalized rooms. Everything was extremely clean and new. Wade and Brittany were extremely proactive to make sure we knew exactly where to go. 10/10 will do it again.

This is what skiing and the outdoors SHOULD feel like in Utah... What it felt like before it got super crowded!

What makes this property unique

This basement apartment is completely locked off and separate from the rest of the home, which is newly built (finished in December 2024) and comfortably sleeps 12 on quality mattresses! Our themed suites are a fun place to get a good night's rest and be ready to play the next day. The ski easement could not be any closer... Literally ski right up to the basment entry door.

There are plenty of hooks for ski gear and coats, a well appointed and spacious kitchen, and a comfortable family room with TV and a closet full of books and games.

Although ski season is epic, the summer and fall are some of our favorite times to be up here. You simply have to experience it to believe it!
