As our name suggests “Villa Seagrove” is located in the heart of the very picturesque Seagrove Estate located in the bustling seaside town of Cowes, Phillip Islands main hub.

“Villa Seagrove” is situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, opposite parkland, far away from the busy crowds yet still close enough to stroll into town or pack up your beach towel and esky and head off to the nearest beach. The nearest beach and beachside cafe (The Boatramp Cafe) is a short 800m walk from Seagrove Estate.

With its laidback Balinese Influence, "Villa Seagrove" is a modern, beautifully furnished home, fully equipped, with attention to detail, and set up to accommodate up to 9 people (4 adults, 5 children) comfortably. It features mature landscaped gardens, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a gas log heater and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. Indoors “Villa Seagrove” offers two separate living areas, a Smart TV with Netflix, sound bar, DVD player, three spacious bedrooms (with wall mounted T.V's), large modern kitchen, central dining area, a study nook, two bathroom/toilets and a self contained laundry.

Outdoor living is generously catered for as well, with two sheltered decks. One is a fully covered BBQ/outdoor eating area opening off the main living area. This comfortable private space is equipped with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting, comfortably seating 8-10. The other smaller decked area is where you can relax with a few drinks around the luxurious heated spa. The totally private, secluded spa area is an Oasis surrounded by tropical plants, decking and a day bed.

In our Games Room, you will find a full sized pool table, Bluetooth Hifi system, various books, magazines, board games, puzzles, cd’s, DVD’s & Free Wifi for your enjoyment. There is also a small study perfect for those having to work from home during their stay.

All beds are equipped with mattress/pillow protectors and freshly laundered quality linen. We are happy to welcome guests travelling with infants or toddlers as a porta-cot is provided (you will need to supply your own linen). Bath towels, hand towels & bath mats are also provided. Spa towels are also available on request.
