Response from VrboOwner on 10 Sept 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the house and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the owner’s unexpected entry during your stay. This was not the experience we want for our guests, and we sincerely apologize. Thank you for reaching out and clarifying the items/belongings were tourist papers and snacks but at the same time we are sorry for that mistake and appreciate your kind understanding. We’re glad you reached out so we could investigate and help clarify what happened.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the backyard step. We will take this into consideration as we look at ways to make access more comfortable for guests of all ages.
Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify areas where we can improve.
