We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.

✔️ Unregistered guests are not allowed. A fee applies for any unreported guests on the property.
✔️ Strictly no pets allowed.
✔️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
✔️ No tampering of the doorbell system.
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM and be mindful of residents below and around the unit.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Trash goes in the front bin inside the kitchen cabinet; recycling goes in the back bin of the same cabinet. Extra bags are under the sink.
✔️ Packages may not be sent prior to arrival. Please use Amazon or UPS pick-up locations instead.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if any policy is violated.

Penalties:
✔️ Extra unreported guests: $250 per person per night
✔️ No smoking or vaping – A $250 cleaning fee applies for violations

✔️ Tampering with doorbell system: $500
✔️ Parties/Events: $1000
