Short drive from LAX & centrally located with easy access to DTLA, Culver City, Marina del Rey, & the South Bay. 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living room with couch, smart TV, & dining area. Stocked kitchenette with fridge/freezer, sink, cooktop, & microwave. Note: Owner lives in main house with a small dog.

Strip bed and leave used sheets on the couch along with all used towels before checkout. You can leave the comforter on the bed.
Log out of streaming accounts on TV.
Make sure to lock driveway gate (by pressing the button with a lock on it) before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ZERO tolerance for theft or damage. There will be a hefty fine.
