Disliked: Check-in
The house itself was very nice, and the host was wonderful both before our arrival and after we checked in. However, we had to wait nearly an hour at the front gate to receive the check-in information, which was frustrating after a long trip. Additionally, the pool was not heated as promised when we paid for it on the second day of our stay—it didn’t warm up until the night before we left. This was disappointing and took away from the overall experience.

Certain check-in procedures and access timing are coordinated according to community and operational schedules communicated prior to arrival. Regarding the pool heating, our team worked to address the request as quickly as possible during your visit, as heating systems can require some time to fully adjust depending on usage and weather conditions. Thank you again for staying with us, and we truly appreciate your visit.
