A rare find! This spacious townhome-style property sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Emerald green water and white sugar sand beaches are just steps from the 2nd-floor walk-up condo.

After a memorable day at the beach, relax with an icy cold beverage on one of the two balconies. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing on the shore while reminiscing about your day at the beach. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living room with a 65-inch flat-panel television, comfortable furniture, and that amazing view. The main floor also has a half bath. This unit sleeps 6 people.

Imagine waking up looking directly at the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king-size bed facing the water. The large master bathroom has a shower with dual heads and a welcoming large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an additional twin day bed, trundle bed, and en suite bathroom.

We had an excellent experience during our stay! The location is fantastic! Quiet from the main hub of resorts and restaurants while being only a short drive (or walk) away. Overall it was good. Super close to the beach. Spacious. It needs some updating of furniture, cabinet facings, ceiling in kitchen and some lights didnt work properly or bulbs were blown. Bed in master and 2nd bedroom are Very hard and jets dont work in jetted tub (that was a big let down). But the balconies are perfect and view is amazing! Also, parking is right at the bottom of stairs, very nice!
