This spacious 2,475 sq. ft. home offers the ideal blend of coastal luxury and family-friendly comfort — sleeping up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. With 8 total beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Cool off in the private pool and cool spa, or take a 2 minute walk to your beach access!!

The Home

Step inside to an airy, open-concept living space filled with natural light and beach-inspired décor. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort — from Smart TVs in every room to a fully stocked kitchen that makes cooking and entertaining a breeze.

Downstairs, the fun continues in the game room, featuring a bar area, foosball table, and TV — the perfect hangout spot for evenings after a day in the sun. A chair lift is available between ground level and first floor.



Outdoor Living

Soak up the coastal air on the screened porch, or lounge on the spacious pool deck complete with cornhole boards, an outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. Cool off in the private pool and cool spa. Pool and hot tub heating are CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. A great indoor/outdoor feature with a garage door that opens the bar/gameroom area to the pool area allows for more hang out space. Great for groups!
