Spacious first floor of a 1920s semi attached brick row house on a quiet tree-lined street. Large windows with natural light. The apartment has oak floors and original art. Great oven and cook space for dining in. A frou-frou coffee joint across the street, for those slow mornings when using the coffee maker is just too hard! There is also the cheap bodega coffee option on the corner, to sip on the outside porch. Close to Astoria Park and the East River. Two blocks from subway.
