The bedroom is home to a queen size bed , a dresser and a large closet.

The eat-in kitchen features granite counter tops and a kitchen island and brand new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. It is also fully stocked with all the basics you will need for day-to-day living: a toaster, coffee maker, and electric water kettle. The glass kitchen table overlooks the garden of the building and completely private.

The European-tiled bathroom has a bathtub and shower in tub, extensive storage below and above the sink, and a toilet.

Please kindly note: $ 1,500 security deposit for up to a month stay and a full month security deposit for more than 30 days stay is payable to host when guests move in. The security deposit will be refunded after moving out by the host.

The utilities are to be discussed with the host for stays of 30 days or longer.

The living Room and bedroom have their own separate remote controlled AC units.
