Why they chose this property

Pointe Royale is such a nice and quiet gated golf community.
We chose to purchase this particular unit because it was on the ground level- so we can walk out the back sliding door to one of the outdoor pools in the summer. We love that the community clubhouse has so much to offer including the indoor pool.
