The house was very clean and big. The location was convenient and in a decent neighborhood. I did have to talk to the host about turning the air conditioner on and to a lower temperature than 77*. She agreed and was pleasant.

The home was as advertised. One area to look at would be the front door key lock which was frustrating. Following the instructions did not open or lock the door on the first or second try. We spent 5-6 mins on a few occasions to access the house. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location and very nice property

We stayed for three weeks and will definitely plan to stay again! We hiked in several parks (within 20 minutes), explored beaches (within 30 minutes), visited Kennedy Space Center (90 minutes to the north), Art Museum in Boca (90 minutes to the south), and Epcot (2 hours west). Excellent location. We had one minor issue upon arrival which was taken care of the next day while we were out. The screened porch served as our work office for the few days we were not out exploring. If you are visiting the central east Florida coast, this is an exceptional property.

Nice home. Plenty of room for 6 adults. I don’t think there was housekeeping services prior to our arrival. Matter of fact I know there couldn’t have been. The floors weren’t swept (dust/hair). Tables weren’t wiped down (food, spilled liquid). Bath tub wasn’t cleaned and neither was the toilet. Other than that it was suitable for what was needed (a place to stay for 6 adults).

The location of the property in relation to our events was nothing short of great!!!

The house was awesome!! There were just a few snags we encountered that we felt were just oversights on the part of maintanace: the floors were dirty with traces of food and dirt which we swept; the previous occupant left what appeared to be a cooking mess on the stove top, one of the burners on the stove was unusable, and the tub had dead insects in it. All this had to be issues that could have been resolved with a maintenance walk thru before we arrived. When we prepared to dry our laundry the dryer was out. Overall the residence and its amenities outweighed the miscues. I would like to see a refund of sorts on the cleaning fee because we had to ensure the issues mentioned above and those unmentioned had to be addressed during our stay. We found everyrhing we needed except large trash bags. The rental POC received our critiques and apologized for the inconvenienced. I would stay again.

We had a great time! Great place to stay to house an entire family comfortable. We beach hopped. Each day and relaxed at night. The one thing I would suggest is more televisions, perhaps one more in the larger bedroom. Also a garbage can in kitchen. Other than that I have no complaints. All of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I'd definitely stay here again. The stay was perfect.
