Maximum Cars: 2 Garbage day is every WEDNESDAY. Please make sure to put all your trash in the BEAR bin located at the end of the driveway.
The house is in an area that has an active bear presence. Never leave any trash outside the bear bin and always ensure that the door is fully closed.

We had a wonderful stay at Lazy Bear!This cabin is absolutely adorable—so cozy, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. After full days enjoying Tahoe, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax as a family. Everything was thoughtfully set up and inviting, which made our stay memorable and special. We made such great memories here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Lazy Bear to anyone looking for a warm, charming Tahoe getaway.
