Place is clean and cozy. Nutley is weird with registering your vehicle for overnight street parking with the Nutley Police, but the property owner informed me about that and sent me the link for vehicle registration, which was very helpful. I’ll definitely come back.

The rental was very clean and nice. Two bedrooms and a big kitchen and living room. It was close to lots of things including grocery stores and New York City. The owner met us at the property to make sure we could find everything we needed in the rental. It was a very pleasant stay and we felt comfortable in the rental property.

Where we stayed was very nice. We stayed there to visit New York City. It was 15 minutes to the tram to get to New York. The host was great. He checked on us. Everything in the home was clean. Everything was stocked. Well we had no problems no situations comfortable beds I would stay there again absolutely

When I arrived at my rental the host came by the property, Abdel. I have stayed at quite a few VRBO during my vacations. I can honestly say, the host was very nice and he was the first host to ever come and make sure that I was good. The host wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. He asked if I need anything , gave me extra stuff for the property to use during my stay. It was my first time visiting New Jersey and it was nice to know that I could count on the host if I needed anything during my stay. It was very much appreciated. So, if your looking for a place to stay while visiting New Jersey, it's very clean when you arrive, plenty of kitchen supplies for your stay. Clean rooms with fresh linen on the beds. There is room for one car in the driveway or plenty of curb parking in front the property. You will not be disappointed with this property or host!

House and host was extremely excellent. My family of 6 was completely comfortable and lived perfectly during our stay. Host was attentive, helpful and communicated well during our stay. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, neighbors were nice and completely safe place. Many coffee shops, food and shopping markets near us. House was extremely clean, kitchen was big and had all the essentials. Definitely would stay here again.

This property is pretty clean, but very minimal. It isn’t “luxury” as listed in the title. There are few supplies such as hand soap or basics in the kitchen. The two bedrooms have reasonably comfortable beds, but no lamps or end tables to accommodate charging phones or putting anything down. The “sleeper sofa” is the kind where you push the ottoman against the sofa and not suitable for two people and uncomfortable at best for one. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows provided for it. In the living room, there is a street light outside the large picture window which lights up the room all night, despite the plastic mini blinds. The parking was on street and I was required to register it via a link given by the host with the police dept. Overall the property is much smaller than appears in the photos. I’m not saying don’t rent this property, but just know it isn’t quite as advertised. The host met me on arrival and said he’d supply whatever I needed. My feeling was that the items I needed should’ve been there. And I would’ve liked a heads up about the parking. We ended up leaving a night early because of the lack of proper sleeping accommodations. Again, this may be suitable for some, but I thought these facts were important to share.

Thank you for the feedback and compliments. First time that I’ve heard that. Especially the light you mentioned that’s outside of the house, which sounds ridiculous. I had many bookings in the past and all of the guests were extremely satisfied with the unit, service provided and even returned back many times for special occasions. As soon as you booked the reservation I received a “liability warning” about your reservation, which makes sense now. I was accommodating as much possible. I believe if you had properly communicated to me during your stay then I would’ve been more than happy to accommodate you. Thanks again,
