Apartment in villa very bright, 2 double bedrooms, a very large with a canopy bed, new kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with shower, washing machine. Living room with sofa bed plus another sofa, linen supply included. the apartment is located in the lower part of the villa. Outdoor area very large, a sun deck in well-kept garden in full sun the pool with gazebo and hammock. In a peaceful green countryside setting.
Extra (not included in the rental price) the Casina wellness where you can find hydromassage shower, Turkish bath, jacuzzi.
A few minutes from the sea and the lake. What a great house!

Very nice, spatious, great pool and garden! The house has everything you need and is very cool inside, so we had a good sleep at night. Furrhermore it's very quiet, so perfect for a relaxed holiday. Ana and her husband are so friendly and helpfull and make you feel very welcome. I would recommend this house to everyone!

Wir durften 9 Tage auf dem Anwesen von Anna und Alfio zu Gast sein. Es war ein großartiger Urlaub, alles war in unserer Unterkunft wie es sein soll. Der Ort liegt in einer fantastischen Umgebung, 40min mit dem Zug nach Rom und ca. 15 Autominuten zum Meer.Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung auf traumhaftem Grundstück mit sehr schönem Pool. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Rom. Zum Sandstrand sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück wird gutes, selbst angebautes, einheimisches Obst und Gemüse verkauft, so dass man nicht so oft in den Supermarkt zum Einkaufen gehen muss. Anna und Alfio sind sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber, mit denen wir einen sehr netten letzten Abend verbracht haben 😊 . Wir werden sehr gerne an diesen Urlaub zurück denken. Wundervoll

Wir hatten schon vor unserer Ankunft einen lieben Kontakt zu Anna und wurden von ihr und ihrer Familie freundlich empfangen. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool. Anna hatte viele Tipps für uns und half uns bei Fragen. Die Ferienwohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die etruskische und römische Geschichte. Nach Rom gelangt man mit dem Zug innerhalb weniger Minuten. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank, liebe Anna und liebe Grüße an deine Familie und euren Neffen. ;-)

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir verlebten einen entspannten Urlaub. Strände in der Nähe, Rom gut mit dem Zug erreichbar, frisches Obst und Gemüse vom Nachbarn, die Bar gegenüber;). Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten. Und das beste natürlich: der große Pool und der schöne Garten.

Traumhafter Pool in schönem Garten mit Eddie

Das Anwesen ist toll zum Erholen und Abschalten. Der Pool ist ein Traum und zum Schwimmen und Plantschen super geeignet. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Meer (10 Min. schöne Strände), See (Lago di Bracciano 30 Min.), Etrusker Negropolen in Serveteri (10 Min.) und Rom (30 Min. Zug 8 € Tagesticket). Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich eingerichtet und auch im Sommer angenehm von den Temperaturen (Souterrair). Anna, Alfio (und Eddie ;-) ) sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir (52, 50, 13, 11) hatten sehr erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Wochen dort. :-)))

Très beau séjour !

Séjour en famille (2 enfants et 2 adultes). Le logement est spacieux et offre 2 belles chambres avec lits doubles. Il se situe dans le sous sol de la maison occupée par Anna et son mari, ce qui permet d'être au frais l'été. La terrasse près de la piscine qui est mise à disposition permet de profiter du jardin: nous avons déjeuner et dîner sur la terrasse durant nos 15 jours de vacances. La situation du logement permet de profiter de la mer, du lac de Bracciano (et ses jolis villages alentours), des balades à proximité (cascades, sites étrusques, etc...) et de visiter Rome (à 25mn en train au départ de la gare de la Marina de Cerveteri). En résumé, un séjour qui nous a permis de nous reposer (au bord de la piscine), de visiter et de découvrir de très jolis endroits ! Merci Anna

Wundervoller Aufenthalt mit großartigen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub, den wir mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen haben, der tolle und sehr gepflegte Pool, die große Unterstützung, als uns am Anfang der Reifen geplatzt ist, innerhalb eines Tages hatten wir einen neuen, obwohl es ein Sondermodel ist. Wir konnten leider nur 1 Woche bleiben. Außerdem war es mit der Bahn sehr bequem nach Rom zu fahren, wir wurden mit leckeren Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles Anna und Alfio

Immer wieder gerne

Liebe Anna, die Zeit bei euch war wunderschön. Wir haben euren Garten mit dem Pool und den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und dem frischen Gemüse richtig genossen. Wir würden die Wohnung jeden weiterempfehlen. Cerveteri ist super als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Man kann nach Rom mit dem Zug, wir sind auch mit dem Auto dahin und ohne Probleme konnten wir einen Parkplatz finden. Ans Meer sind nur 5-7 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat immer super funktioniert. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder! Vielen Dank 😘❤️

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in traumhaftem Garten

Das Haus steht in einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komfortabel. Sie liegt im Kellergeschoss und war damit immer angenehm kühl. Der Pool war ein Traum. Die neuste Zeit konnten wir Ihn exklusiv nutzen.

Tolles Appartement und eine sehr nette Familie

Zwei tolle Wochen. Eine Stunde Bahnfahrt bis Rom. Anna ist eine super Gastgeberin. Obwohl die Familie auch im gleichen Haus wohnt, hat man nicht das Gefühl beobachtet zu sein. Die gesamte Familie sehr nett. Nur zu empfehlen

Séjour très agréable

La villa est très agréable, située dans la campagne à 30 min de Saint Pierre. L'appartement est en excellent état, très propre et spacieux avec tous les équipements nécessaires et mêmes des jeux pour les enfants. La villa est superbe, le jardin est magnifique et c'est un plaisir de profiter de la piscine. Anna et Alfio sont des hotes parfaits, attentionnés et discrets. Nous les remercions chaleureusement pour leur accueil, leurs conseils et les succulents fruits et légumes du jardin. L'appartement est dans le sous-sol de la villa, il reste très frais en été mais donne peu de lumière et n'offre pas de vue sur l'extérieur. La terrasse est partagée au bord de la piscine à quelques pas. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec de nombreuses visites dans la ville de Rome, du repos au bord de la piscine et nous nous sommes régalé des légumes de la région. C'est un havre de paix dans lequel vous pourrez passer de belles vacances.

Great apartment!

We stayed in the apartment for one week and were very surprised! The apartment was very clean, big and complete! The beds were very good. In the garden there was a nice barbecue which we we allowed to use and a great pool! The hospitality was great! The first day they gave us a basket with tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers from their garden. They toasted with us at the pool on my birthday and gave us good advice on how to travel to Rome fast and cheap. They also told us where we could get groceries and find restaurants. Alfio and Anna, thank you for your hospitality! We would definitely recommend this apartment to our family and friends. We will probably book your apartment again another year! Fam.
