Nervous about alligators? Don't be! They don't exist in this part of Florida. (Gators can't survive near the beach in saltwater environments; they live only inland, where there is fresh water.)

Passively owned by a 501c3 private charitable foundation that has provided financial support to the local community for nearly 20 years, Eden Beach Retreat donates 100% of proceeds to 501c3 local charities in the area that are dedicated to 1.) preserving our area's pristine and fragile environment, and, 2.) supporting local community causes specializing in education and science.

Hurricane Nicole Nov 2022: This Hurricane passed a few miles north of the home. The garage's concrete floor was washed away by coastal erosion, and was replaced by an artificial-turf floor. It is not currently possible to park vehicles inside the garage.
